Arlington, along with 174 other towns and cities across Massachusetts, is identifying areas where multi-family housing (buildings with three or more housing units) is allowed to be built "by right" (without a special permit process) per the MBTA Communities legislation. Members of the MBTA Communities Working Group will be at Robbins Library Conference Room throughout the summer to answer questions, hear insights from the community and share information about Arlington's plan to comply with the requirements of the MBTA Communities legislation. For more information about the project or to see the latest version of the draft plan, visit the MBTA Communities webpage.
This session will take place in a hybrid format, with both in-person and Zoom options. The in-person session will take place in the Robbins Library, 4th Floor Conference Room.
