Agenda for the meeting

At the meeting the committee will vote to adopt remote participation by all members of this Minuteman School Committee pursuant to and in accordance with Sections (2) and (3) of the Executive Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law made by the Governor of Massachusetts on March 12, 2020, such adoption to be effective until said Executive Order is rescinded or the Commonwealth’s State of Emergency as referenced in said Executive Order, is terminated, whichever happens first.

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L.c.30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Minuteman School Committee will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible.
