The property at 21 Pond Lane, owned by the Arlington Select Board, has long been considered for various uses, yet it remains undeveloped, presenting a unique opportunity for the community. The Department of Planning and Community Development (DPCD) secured $15,000 in Community Preservation Act funding to review existing conditions and design a proposal for the site's use. The project consultant, Ben Barkan of HomeHarvest, will led the study process and will present findings of the feasibility study at this meeting.
