The Fiscal Year 2025 Exemption Applications can be printed via the links below. Completed applications may be mailed to or dropped off at Town Hall.
The are after hours drop box is located in the parking lot adjacent to Town Hall. The parking lot entrance is on Academy Street.
As a reminder;
- An application will be accepted after July 1 for the upcoming fiscal year.
- The deadline to file an application is April 1, for most exemptions. Senior Means Tested deadline is September 5, 2024.
- It is best to file as early as possible.
- All applications, including the CPA Low/Moderate Income Exemption, must be filed annually.
- Per state law, if an exemption is granted, the exemption amount can only be applied to the Actual (not Preliminary) Tax Bills.
