Referral Information
Need Help?
If you or a family member are interested in receiving counseling services, please call AYCC at 781-316-3255. Please ask for the Intake Counselor. Services are available to all Arlington children, adolescents, and their families.
You may also download the Referral form by clicking here. The Referral form can be faxed to 781-316-3261 during the business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The referral form can also be emailed to llabrecque@town.arlington.ma.us.
Payment for services can be made through your health insurance provider. Currently, we accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Mass Health, Network Health and Neighborhood Health, Tufts and other selected providers.
No Arlington resident within the mandated target population will be denied services because of an inability to pay.
