Historic facility especially suited for large events such as weddings, balls, parties, concerts and performances. Olmstead designed garden adjacent to facility (capacity up to 350). 

The Town Hall

Rental space in the town hall includes the entrance lobby, the auditorium, the gallery corridor, the bride’s lounge, the Historical Hearing Room, the balcony, the kitchen, and the caterer’s corridor. The Hall is handicapped accessible, including an elevator, lifts, and unisex, accessible bathroom.  
 
There are three bathrooms available for event purposes, all on the first floor.

The Grounds

The Winfield Robbins Memorial Garden is adjacent to the east side of Town Hall. This garden is beautifully landscaped and offers a stunning site events. There are abundant flowers, shrubs, and trees – with blossoms throughout the growing season. Both the spring flowering season and the fall foliage season are especially spectacular. The garden offers a very special site for ceremonies and for cocktail service.

Parking

There is a Town Hall parking lot on the Academy Street side of the building.  Behind Town Hall is a town-owned office building referred to as the Community Center at 27 Maple Street.  There is Town parking available around that building during non-business hours. There is parking available on all streets around Town Hall during non-business hours.
