Affordable Housing Trust Fund Projects

Arlington's Affordable Housing Trust is continually looking for Affordable Housing projects to provide support to that will increase the number of housing units reserved for low- and moderate- income households.

Below are the projects that have received funding support through the Affordable Housing Trust:

At its meeting on August 24, 2023, the AHT approved two applications for funding from the Housing Corporation of Arlington.

40-42 Dorothy Rd – $260,000 award: all-electric, 100% solar powered, 900 square-foot accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) that will be reserved for a household earning less than 60% AMI.

10 Sunnyside Ave – $250,000 award: new apartment building with 43 affordable rental units that will be reserved for households earning less than 60% AMI.
