Project Summary
The proposed development at 1165R Massachusetts Avenue is a 124-unit multi-family residential rental project on a two-acre industrial site in Arlington. The Developer is proposing to reuse two existing historic buildings and build two new buildings with garage parking. The proposed development includes 124 rental units of which 33 units (25%) will be available to households earning no more than 80% of Area Median Income, adjusted for household size, for the Boston-Cambridge-Quincy HMFA area.
