The applicant proposes to demolish the existing single-family building and construct a three-family building located at 149 Pleasant Street, Arlington, MA, in the R4 Residential Town House District. The opening of the Docket is to allow the Board to review and approve the application under Section 3.4, Environmental Design Review.
