A Comprehensive Permit Application was filed on March 20, 2023 by the Housing Corporation of Arlington (HCA). The proposed development at 10 Sunnyside Avenue is 43 units of rental housing on a 16,500 square foot parcel. The Applicant proposes to develop a five story mixed-use building with at grade parking, approximately 940 square feet of commercial/office and supporting space on the ground floor, and a 790 square foot community room on the second floor. The proposed development includes 43 rental units, 100% of which will be affordable at no more than 60% of Area Median Income (AMI), adjusted for household size, for the Boston-Cambridge-Quincy HMFA area.
