The proposed development at 1021, 1025-1027 Massachusetts Avenue is 50 units of homeownership housing on 1.08 acres of land in Arlington between Brattle Street and Prentiss Rd. The Applicant proposes to combine two parcels and develop a four to five story building with at grade parking and a 1,700 square foot retail space on the ground floor. The proposed development includes 50 homeownership units, of which 13 (25%) will be available to households earning no more than 80% of Area Median Income, adjusted for household size, for the Boston-Cambridge-Quincy HMFA area.
