The Applicant proposes to combine two parcels and develop a four to five story building with at grade parking and a 1,700 square foot retail space on the ground floor. The proposed development includes 50 homeownership units, of which 13 (25%) will be available to households earning no more than 80% of Area Median Income, adjusted for household size, for the Boston-Cambridge-Quincy HMFA area.
